By using this site, you accept these terms.

The service

This site offers an online writing assistant. You upload your own PDFs (course notes, articles) to a project. While you write, the tool suggests a possible next line drawn from those PDFs. Each suggestion cites the file, the page and the exact passage it comes from.

Suggestions

Suggestions come only from the sources you upload. They can still be wrong, incomplete or out of context. Read the cited passage before you accept a suggestion. You decide what goes into your text.

Your responsibility

You are the author of your work. You are responsible for its content, for checking your sources, and for following the academic integrity rules of your school, university or any other institution. Inkwise makes no promise about your grades or results. Inkwise does not guarantee that any use of the tool meets the rules of a given school or course. Check those rules with your institution.

Your documents

Upload only files you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your PDFs and to your writing. How we store and delete your documents is described in the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of information

Give accurate information when you create an account or pay. Inkwise is not liable for consequences caused by incorrect information you provide.

Tryout

Each account can run one free tryout. After the tryout, suggestions require a paid plan.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The paid plans are Draft, Student and Ultra, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown before payment. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your account page (/app/account), which opens the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Third-party services

This site uses Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication, database and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (generating and checking suggestions). These services also have their own terms.

Site availability

Inkwise works to keep the site available but does not guarantee continuous access.

Changes to these terms

Inkwise may change these terms at any time. The date below shows the latest version.
