Suggestion counts reset at midnight UTC. Checks reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).

Questions students ask
Each time we ask the model for a next line from your PDFs, that's one suggestion, even if the check drops it and nothing appears. When none of your PDFs has a passage close to what you're writing, we don't ask the model, and nothing counts. The daily count resets at midnight UTC.
They stay in the project you uploaded them to, and only your account can open them. To suggest and check a line, we send the matching passages to our AI model provider, Anthropic. We don't use your documents to train AI models. Without an active subscription, your PDFs and the text we read from them are deleted once they're 24 hours old. Cleanup runs once a day, so it can take up to one more day. With one, they stay until you remove them or delete the project.
Yes, at any time. Go to your account and click Cancel subscription, then confirm on your Stripe billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Student adds MLA and Harvard, exports your draft to Word with a reference list, and lets you leave a PDF out of suggestions without deleting it.
